Scouts 11-13 yo: Stake spring Merit Badge Pow Wow will be this Tuesday March 12th and 2nd session March 26th 6-8:00 pm at the Hillcrest Building 949 N 540 W. Merit Badges being offered are:
-Citizenship in the World
-Citizenship in the Nation
-Citizenship in the Community
-First Aid
-Environmental Science
-Communication
-Family Life
-Personal Management
Each scout can sign up and complete two merit badges. Let Brother Rhodes know if you haven't already done so.
Remember to keep doing indexing. There’s a new YM group for 2019 that you need to join.
1st Sunday: No Mission Prep
2nd Sunday: 2:30pm - 3:15pm in the Linford home
3rd Sunday: 2:30pm - 3:15pm in the Linford home
4th Sunday: 3pm at the Stake Center
Age Group: Going forward the weekly meetings will be 14 and up. We are not abandoning our Deacons and Beehives, we have a special plan for them below.
Our building assignment this year is to make sure all chairs are taken down after classes. Please take down chairs in your respective classes and pick up any leftover trash.
AF West Stake Adult Religion Class
It will be held at the Stake Center RS room every Wednesday at 11am, beginning February 13 and continuing until May 8 (no class April 10). The theme is “Search the Prophets” and will be taught by JoLyn Day.
The American Fork Family History Center is now open! Here are the hours:

Mission Prep
We will follow the following schedule each month for Mission Prep1st Sunday: No Mission Prep
2nd Sunday: 2:30pm - 3:15pm in the Linford home

Seniors: For seniors that are interested, we will hold a ~10 week class during second hour of church (during the second semester of their senior year).
12 & 13 year olds: Every six months we will hold a special Missionary Prep for our Deacons and Beehives. This will be a lesson and activity geared specifically for them. We are targeting to hold the first session in March. Stay tuned for the exact date.

March 14th: This is the another opportunity for everyone in the ward to do baptisms at the Temple. Meet at 6:30pm in the lobby. If you can't attend on the 12th, please come on this day!

On March 12th there is a Temple trip planned to perform baptisms. We will meet in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple lobby at 6:30 so everyone can be dressed and ready by 7pm. If you have family names for baptism and would prefer the youth to do the work, please contact their leaders. Cards will be returned to you after ordinance work of baptism and confirmation are completed.March 14th: This is the another opportunity for everyone in the ward to do baptisms at the Temple.
